Since their opening in 2007 this passionate cook has been executive chef in the business hotel voco Villach (formerly Holiday Inn) in Villach’s old town. But he is not only head chef of the in-house LAGANA Restaurant; he is also responsible for the catering at the neighboring Congress Center Villach.
As one of the founding members of KÜCHEN
KULT, he has for many years shaped events like Lange Tafel over the Drau River, and continues to impress his guests with his new ideas.
