The Sheep and Goat Cheese Pros

On their organic farm in Mittertrixn the Skofitsch family focuses entirely on sheep and goat milk specialties. They have even had their own on-farm cheese dairy since 1997, which ensures the very high quality of their products.

Lots of space, a large outdoor run, and fresh food daily guarantee the best milk, out of which specialities like fresh sheep or goat cheese, hard cheese, or creamy curd cheese are made. In addition to selling their products from the farm, the family also sells to numerous restaurants and pubs - including, of course, many of our KÜCHENKULT partners.
