Der Tschebull has made a name for itself because of kitchen pro Hannes Tschemernjak’s “fire kitchen” - cooking over an open fire as the original form of cooking. In summer guests have the chance to enjoy their meals straight from the grill on the open fireplace.
Tschebull’s Asparagus Festival
In addition to classic Austrian meals and the best from the grill, KÜCHENKULT guests at Der Tschebull have traditionally been treated to the most creative asparagus dishes, and everything that goes with it. Asparagus cream soup, pan-roasted asparagus “Gröstl,” or handmade 12-yolk tortelli with asparagus and ricotta are only a few of the extraordinary dishes.
Culinary artist Hannes Tschemernjak and his Tschebull have belonged to the KÜCHENKULT family since the beginning, and year after year continue to amaze.
