This unique culinary concept comes from the local traditional restaurant Frierss, best known for the last 120 years for its first class sausage and ham specialities. Since 2013 Frierss Feines Haus offers epicures not only delicacies to bring home, but also gourmet food served in their restaurant.

The kitchen team skillfully ranges from fantastic à la carte dishes to Gault & Millau-distinguished gourmet meals, and guide guests through fine Austrian cuisine as well as through internationally-inspired dishes. The limited menu available in the cosy sitting corner, the “Gourmeteck,” serves as a stage for the best local and Alpe-Adria regional products.

Those who sell speciality foods naturally also serve only the best delicacies. With
KÜCHENKULT, guests get to feast on delights such as organic goose liver with plum or lukewarm marinated trout with apricots, vervain, and Banyuls.
